Raquel Casswell
Senior Director, Human Resources
Raquel Casswell is Director of Human Resources. Raquel is responsible for managing a team of fourteen (14) including HR and payroll professionals, Receptionists and OH&S/Facilities experts. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Raquel reports to the Managing Director, Jay Miley and also to the IM APAC Functional lead for HR in Singapore. Raquel is responsible for the provision of all Human Resource services that are designed to provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Raquel came to Ingram Micro with the Tech Pacific acquisition in 2005 and has almost ten years experience within our business. Prior to joining Ingram Micro, she worked in senior HR management roles for Cellarmaster Wines, Salmat Teleservices and several large insurance companies.
Raquel holds an undergraduate degree from Sydney University and a post graduate degree in HR & Public Relations. Outside interests include spending time with family and friends, holidays, reading and going to the gym.
